Clara Becker
Clara earned her Master’s degree in Deutsch als Zweitsprache (DaZ), German as a Second Language, from the University of Leipzig. During her time in Saxony, she specialized in immersive curriculum structures for adult learners and the cognitive pathways of bilingual students.
For Clara, teaching is more than a profession. The moment a challenging grammatical concept becomes clear to a student is what continues to drive her work.
At BriefBerlin, Clara covers Berlin local affairs, with a particular focus on educational policy, integration initiatives, and language programs. Her work connects academic theory with classroom practice and aims to give teachers, students, and families useful, research-informed context.
Outside writing and teaching, Clara hosts local language-exchange meetups and explores regional hiking trails.
